What do we do?
Empleo Bilingüe operates remote roofing appointment-setting campaigns. Agents call U.S. homeowners in severe-weather areas, follow an approved script, pre-qualify interest, and schedule free roof inspections for roofing partners. The role does not include selling roofs or inspecting properties.
Can I work from HOME?
Yes. This is a remote opportunity for eligible candidates working from Mexico.
Work-from-home requirements:
• Reliable Windows PC or laptop that meets current campaign requirements
• USB headset
• Stable wired Ethernet connection (no Wi-Fi during calls)
• Webcam for training and meetings
Exact technical thresholds are confirmed during screening because campaign requirements can change.
What are the requirements to work?

• Positive, professional attitude
• Willingness to learn and follow quality standards
• Availability for the current Ready Time commitment
• Basic computer skills
• Cold-calling or call-center experience is helpful but not always required
How do employment schedules work?
Ready Time is flexible within the active campaign windows. Full production status currently requires 40 hours of Ready Time, which may be completed Monday through Sunday within the available windows. Ready Time excludes training, breaks, and idle time. Part-time participation follows the current commission-only rules.
Do you offer training?
Yes. Campaign training and ongoing support are provided. Training time is separate from productive Ready Time; no paid one-day training guarantee is advertised.
Are there growth opportunities?
Growth opportunities may be available based on performance, quality, reliability, campaign needs, and the current selection process. No promotion timeline is guaranteed.
How does our hiring process work?
Start by submitting the application form or contacting the applicant line on WhatsApp. Complete the automated screening steps and any current interview or onboarding requirements. Applying does not guarantee immediate selection or campaign access.
Can foreign applicants work with us?
Eligible foreign applicants in Mexico may apply. They must meet the current identity, work-location, payment, equipment, and campaign requirements.
How will I get paid?
Approved earnings are paid weekly, one week in arrears. Applicants in Mexico need a bank account in their own name with a valid CLABE; Banco Azteca is not supported. Approved international payments use Binance under the current guide. Payment rules follow the current compensation document.
