Remote opportunity for English-speaking candidates in Mexico
Work from home as a bilingual Roofing Appointment Setter.
You will make outbound calls to homeowners in U.S. areas affected by severe weather, pre-qualify interested homeowners, and schedule free roof inspections. This is an independent, production-based opportunity—not a sales or roofing-inspection role.
Scheduling is flexible within the current Ready Time windows. Pay is weekly and depends on productive Ready Time and qualified appointments under the current compensation structure.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Call homeowners in U.S. areas affected by severe weather.
• Use the approved script to identify interested homeowners.
• Schedule free roof inspections for roofing partners.
• Record appointments accurately and follow quality standards.
You are not selling roofs, inspecting properties, or promising insurance coverage. Training and ongoing support are provided. Training time is separate from productive Ready Time.
Selection is not guaranteed. Applicants must complete the current screening and onboarding process before receiving campaign access.
What we offer

• Production-based compensation: Base pay, appointment commissions, and bonuses apply only when current Ready Time and appointment conditions are met.
• Weekly earnings: Results vary with qualified appointments; no income level is guaranteed.
• Weekly payments: Approved earnings are paid one week in arrears using the supported payment method.
• Flexible Ready Time: Complete eligible Ready Time within active campaign windows, including available weekend hours.
• Remote in Mexico: Work from a suitable home workspace.
• Training and support: Training is separate from productive Ready Time.
• Independent opportunity: Contractor/freelance arrangement without employee benefits or tax withholding.

WFH Requirements:

• English communication sufficient to follow the approved script and speak clearly with U.S. homeowners
• Call-center experience is helpful; current screening criteria apply
• Webcam for training and meetings
• Stable wired Ethernet internet connection (no Wi-Fi during calls)
• USB headset
• Reliable Windows PC or laptop that meets current campaign requirements
